Shareholders of Kyiv Margarine Plant will re-elect supervisory board on April 22
Shareholders of PJSC “Kyiv Margarine Plant” (KMP), a member of the Olkom Group, intend to approve the results of financial and economic activities for 2025 and the procedure for covering losses using future profits at a remote general meeting on April 22, the company reported in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).

Чистий збиток великого виробника маргарину, майонезу, соусів і гірчиці ПрАТ "Київський маргариновий завод", що входить до групи Olkom, у 2022 році становив 11,79 млн грн, тоді як 2021 рік підприємство завершило з чистим прибутком 8,38 млн грн.
