“Odessa Film Studio” to Hold Shareholders' Meeting on May 27

According to a notice posted on the SMIDA disclosure system, Odessa Film Studio PJSC has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for May 27, 2026. The meeting will be held remotely.

Odessa Film Studio PJSC is registered in Odessa at 33 Frantsuzsky Boulevard.
