Donbasenergo to Hold Shareholders’ Meeting on May 28

PJSC Donbasenergo has scheduled a general meeting of shareholders for May 28, 2026, according to a notice posted on the SMIDA disclosure system.

The meeting will be held remotely.

PJSC Donbasenergo is registered in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, with EDRPOU code 23343582. According to OpenDataBot, the company was registered on August 26, 1998, and its authorized capital is UAH 236.443 million. Its primary activity is electricity generation.

According to YouControl, the company’s ultimate beneficial owners include Oleg Viktorovich Larionov, Valentina Borisovna Marchenko, Artem Oleksandrovych Goryanin, and Tetiana Mykhailivna Babina.

“Donbasenergo” is one of Ukraine’s power-generating companies, historically linked to thermal power generation in the Donbas region.
