As the MoF's Wednesday auctions without limits, all three bids were accepted at the unchanged interest rate of 19.70%, providing the state budget with UAH190.45m in proceeds. The significant demand was not competitive. The danger ahead is that the MoF might not be able to raise more funds even if it does raise interest rates, because the currently frustrated market players whose bids at higher rates have been continually rejected might abandon these auctions altogether.
