Shareholders of Motor Sich (MSICH UK), leading producer of aircraft engines in the former Soviet Union, voted to distribute 3.2% of the company’s annual profit for 2014 in dividends. The company’s profit for the year was UAH 1.547 bln, up 13% yoy. This implies a DPS of UAH 24, up 100% yoy, and a dividend yield of 0.9%.
