PJSC “Ukrprofozdorovnitsa” will hold a shareholders’ meeting on April 24, 2026, via remote participation. The agenda includes standard items for the annual cycle, including approval of financial statements, review of performance results, and decisions regarding corporate governance.

“Ukrprofzdravnitsa” is one of the country’s largest systems of sanatorium, resort, and health-improvement assets, historically linked to the trade union system.
