“Kolormet” to Hold a Meeting on April 9

PJSC “Black Sea Enterprise ‘Kolormet’” has scheduled a general meeting of shareholders for April 9, 2026, to be held remotely. According to the published notice, shareholders will review the supervisory board’s report, approve the 2025 financial results, and will not distribute profits due to the absence of business activity last year.
