Globus Bank to hold remote meeting on March 31

Globus Bank JSC will hold a remote general meeting of shareholders on March 31, 2026, through the Ukrainian depository system.

The agenda includes the approval of annual results and financial statements, review of management reports, decision-making on profit distribution or loss coverage, as well as corporate governance issues and auditor approval.
