JSC Khmelnytskoblenergo will hold a remote general meeting of shareholders on March 30, 2026, through the Ukrainian depository system.
The agenda includes, in particular, consideration of management reports, approval of annual reports and performance results, decisions on profit distribution or loss coverage, as well as other organizational issues.
