Irpinmash to hold remote meeting on March 20

PrJSC Irpinmash will hold a remote general meeting of shareholders on March 20, 2026, through the Ukrainian depository system.

The agenda includes, in particular, the approval of annual results and financial statements, consideration of management reports, decisions on the distribution of profits or coverage of losses, as well as organizational issues.

Irpinmash PJSC is a machine-building enterprise in the Kyiv region.
