According to yesterday's NBU data on bondholders' portfolios, bonds outstanding increased about UAH8.0bn this Monday in the other residents' portfolio. As the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution to issue bonds for the Deposits Guarantee Fund, the approved debut tranche could be up to UAH20.0bn outstanding. These bonds could be sold to the NBU a bit later. With this offering, total bonds outstanding rose to UAH501.63bn and the other residents' portfolio rose to UAH31.70bn as its share increased to 6.32% yesterday. Shares of other bondholders only slightly declined after this offering.
