Eurobonds see new volatility

Amidst the market's anticipation of the much-talked about Ukrainian debt restructuring, prices of Ukrainian Eurobonds declined slightly at both ends of the yield curve to 112.10-20.21% yesterday. The 5-year CDS declined to 2,181bp.

Investment implications: Yesterday's movements reflect investor sentiment that does not include all sovereign external debt in the much-talked about restructuring. With no official comments yet on a restructuring, rumor has it that the IMF will extend its mission in Ukraine by one week.
