Ukraine’s UX index was flat on Monday as both Europe and emerging markets skidded after disappointing earnings reports. Four of the UX index’s 10 blue chips moved up, led by Ukrsotsbank (USCB UK) +5.0%. Warsaw’s WIG-Ukraine index put off 0.2%. The worst performer on that exchange was Industrial Milk Company (IMC PW) -3.1%, while two stocks posted significant advances, Agroton (AGT PW) +6.6% and Westa (WES PW) +4.6%. We expect the market to open around the breakeven point again today.
