KDD to appeal court ruling on USD 15 mln payment

KDD Group (KDDG LN) is planning to appeal a decision by the Kyiv Economic Court that obliges the company to pay the city of Kyiv UAH 122 mln (USD 15.2 mln) under an infrastructure development agreement. The group also said it will continue discussions with the city administration to reschedule payment. Overdue liabilities of UAH 55 mln and fines of UAH 67 mln are related to the development of the World Trade Center business park project.
