Liquidity continued to decline slightly last Friday, most likely due month-end tax payments. Broader banking sector liquidity fell UAH1.35bn to UAH61.33bn last Friday as banks' correspondent accounts with the NBU declined UAH1.14bn to UAH27.02bn and total CDs outstanding slid UAH0.21bn to UAH18.38bn. Total local currency debt repayments scheduled for the next 30 days remained steady at UAH15.93bn. KyivPrime interest rates slightly rose: the KyivPrime ON interest rate was up 4bp to 22.85% and the KyivPrime 1M interest rate increased 35bp to 28.10%.
