Ukrainian equities capped off a losing week in largely the same way on Friday, June 20. The WIG Ukraine Index of Warsaw-traded stocks increased 0.6% but concluded the week at a 1.2% loss. Its biggest component, grain trader and sunflower oil producer Kernel (KER PW +2.0%), finished the week at a 0.2% loss. Dairy producer Milkiland (MLK PW -0.2%) concluded the week at a 7.6% loss. In London, the most actively traded stock, iron ore miner Ferrexpo (FXPO LN -1.5%), has fallen 6.7% in two sessions and finished the week at a 5.9% loss. Europe’s top egg producer Avangardco (AVGR LI) plunged 10.6% after JP Morgan announced the termination of its coverage, concluding the week at a 6.5% loss. The Ukrainian Exchange (UX) Index of Kyiv-traded stocks slid 0.9%, finishing the week at a 1.6% loss. Power GenCo Donbasenergo (DOEN UK -2.5%) has slid 5.2% in three straight losing sessions.
