Bogdan Motors (LUAZ UK) is considering an IPO on the Moscow Stock Exchange, according to Interfax, citing a source familiar with the matter. Bogdan is currently examining potential regulatory and compliance issues, while the share placement might be completed in the beginning of 2013.
