Ukrainian agriculture producer Mriya (MRIYA, MAYA GR) held a meeting on Oct.24 with creditors and bondholders, during which they discussed the company’s operating model and possible restructuring options. The company hasn’t revealed many concrete details of the offer, stating that it suggested to increase the number of collaterals, and that it proposed to share the benefits of possible upsides, which resemble debt-to-equity convertible instruments. No information about possible haircuts has been published.
